Business Incubation Programme (BIP)

The Business incubation program started in 2021. This is a cross-cutting program that incubates local businesses, especially those involved in renewable energy businesses. The project offers mentorships on financial inclusion, human resources management, and technical training that can help their businesses. At every phase, TENN usually incubates four to five businesses, supports them with training, sometimes seed capital depending on the needs, and most importantly a one-month expose and interaction visit to Bangalore India, to get training and also network with business people that have more experience through TENN international partners (SELCO-India). TENN has successfully incubated ten (10) start-up businesses across the country, and most of these businesses also work with TENN on several projects. The BIP program is also responsible for most of the research work done at TENN.
